Message to students supported by FAPESP

Dear selected students,

We are proud of the event. Many thanks for all the lectures and students. We emphasize to the students supported by FAPESP that the boarding cards of the return flights must be sent to asnld@usp.br. Notice that we need the original files (pdf file, if in electronic version) or the original ones (if printed at the airport). Photos of the boarding cards are not enough. Please, contact us by e-mail  asnld@usp.br for sending the electronic files or to send the printed cards by letter (we will give you the address).

Poster template available to download

Dear students, the template for the poster is available and you can download it from the website. You must go to applicants ->poster template and download the file (.pptx). We recall that all the students must present your research in poster sections.

Instructions to students who received the acceptance

Dear students, the organizing committee has some instructions:
 
1) Only the students who already received the acceptance letter should confirm interest and send a copy of the first page of the passport.
 
2) The Brazilian students who received the acceptance letter should send a copy of the National ID or the driver license.
 
3) We will start to buy the air-tickets this week.

First acceptance letters sent

Dear students,
 
The first acceptance letters were sent. Please, send a copy of the first page of the passport by e-mail (asnld@usp.br). We point out that a number of registered users still have to complete de application forms. We recall that only the students that complete the application forms will be considered for attending the School.

Beginning of participant selection

Dear students,
 
Selection of the 50 participants from Brazil and 50 from abroad has just begun. In the next week, the first acceptance letters will be sent. A number of students are registered in the website but they did not complete the application forms. We emphasize that only the students that completed the application form will be eligible for the School.
